ICE BRIDGE has been providing training for Assisted Living Administrators, Managers, and Senior Living Professionals and Staff since 2012.

 ICE BRIDGE is known for providing engaging content and essential information in formats that are digestible and learnable - delivered online, via live webinars and in-person.

In 2023, ICE BRIDGE launched the ICE BRIDGE Learning Portal which provides both On-Demand Courses for individuals seeking a specific course or courses, and a robust Learning Management System for assisted living companies and communities to streamline their onboarding and training compliance processes. The ICE BRIDGE Learning Portal is an easy to use platform that tracks training and requirements in one place.

ICE BRIDGE courses are developed and provided by Senior Living and Assisted Living Experts and Leadership and Management Professionals.

 

Meet Our Instructors

Monica Wilson, MS

Monica Wilson, Managing Director of ICE Bridge, LLC, has over twenty-five years of experience working with programs and companies that serve older adults. An experienced administrator, trainer, facilitator, and educator, Monica has a passion for older adults, technology and connecting people and processes. Monica has been developing E-learning courses and training since 2011. She previously developed and wrote much of the required curriculum for ALF Administrators in Florida and continues to provide the Assisted Living Core training required for Florida assisted living administrators. She has consulted with multiple states on assisted living policy, served as a subject matter expert for the development of state-wide and national credentialing exams, and since 2012, provides training and consulting services for senior living and assisted living organizations. Prior to founding ICE BRIDGE, Monica worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors in management roles for large senior living companies, as the Assistant Director of the Assisted Living Program for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and as a multi-disciplinary treatment team and administrative supervisor for Nova Southeastern University’s Geriatric Institute. Monica holds a Master of Science in Gerontology.

Michelle Glodeck, MSW

Michelle Glodeck offers 30 years of experience and passion supporting a better quality of life for older adults in Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Building upon her training at the University of Maryland (BSW, MSW), Michelle launched her career inside the skilled nursing setting as a licensed social worker and grew professionally into a dynamic leader across the continuum of care. She has coached hundreds of staff and supported thousands of residents through their journey in senior living and healthcare. She is known for her person-centered approach to resident care, her instincts for inclusion and celebration, and her ability to build effective, cohesive teams. Michelle is most proud of her contributions to building a branded Memory Support program for a leading enterprise, helping design a graduate curriculum for Social Work interns in the organization, and her participation in the start-up of five assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in three different time zones. Today, Michelle hopes to inspire the emerging generation of caregivers and leaders through practical, online education.

Deborah Anglade, RN, APRN, CRNA

Deborah Anglade graduated high school in Haiti then she moved to USA where she received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Barry University. From 2009 to 2013, Deborah worked in multiple hospital settings. In 2013 she went back to school to broaden her education and earned a Master of Science degree in nursing with specialization in anesthesia. She has been working as a nurse anesthetist since 2016. Deborah mentors students in the clinical setting. She is also involved in professional activities outside of hospital settings. Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, riding her bicycle and traveling.
